Have any of you boys and girls taken a look at ADGI? theey went up 95% yesterday and up 38% today on 15 million shares. They also released some news today.

JNNE's volume has been way up last couple days and nobody knows anything which looks like insider buying. Anyone know what is happening? The price has been moving up steadily.

HICKORY, N.C.--(BW HealthWire)--Sept. 11, 1997--American Diversified Group Inc. (OTC BB:ADGI) Thursday
announced that it has been informed by its representative, PERGUE S.A.R.L., Mali, of the issuance of a Letter of Credit in
favor of ADGI through Citibank in the amount of $100,000.

This Letter of Credit for $100,000 is part of a purchase order and provides for the shipment of generic pharmaceuticals by
ADGI in September 1997, to the Pharmacie Populaire, the Central Pharmacy of Mali.

Following the shipment of this order, ADGI will continue to ship additional generic pharmaceuticals through PERGUE
S.A.R.L. to Mali. The Letter of Credit for $100,000 is issued to ADGI in connection with purchase order for shipment of
generic pharmaceuticals to Mali, including: Diclofenac-50mg, Methyldopa-250mg, Paracetamol-500mg, and
Furocemide-40mg, which order was generated by its representative, PERGUE S.A.R.L., Mali.

This Letter of Credit, established in favor of ADGI, reflects the expansion of its pharmaceutical and medical products business
in West Africa. ADGI and its representatives are committed to sell up to $15 million in pharmaceutical products in West Africa
and view the issuance of the Letter of Credit as positive for the company.

ADGI's principal business involves the marketing, sale and distribution of generic pharmaceuticals and vitamins, blood
derivative products, and diagnostic test kits for the international pharmaceutical export market, with an emphasis on West
Africa and South America.
