You don't see that many female chefs either. Do you think men are genetically predisposed to be superior cooks as well?

Look at bball. Those who are genetically predisposed to being very, very tall are better represented in professional bball than those who are short. Hmm.

Why not lower the baskets?

What I'm saying is that no one knows, even those at Harvard, whether professional choices are made because of talent and skill or chance and environment. The world may have missed many talented female mathematicians and scientists (do you believe that Watson and Crick took an important part of their work from a woman and failed to give her credit?) because of lack of encouragement...who knows?
