Residents of eight New Orleans ZIP codes were allowed to return to their homes on Friday I don't understand how anyone is allowed into their homes without an approval from the Board of Health. They can shut down businesses, they should also be able to restrict access to homes. Yet for some reason they are not doing so. This is going to turn out to be considered neglectful action, as these people develop violent illnesses from toxic mold. ...mold could be a serious problem for people with asthma, allergies or weak immune systems and that some people could have allergic reactions similar to pneumonia. We knew about the mold nearly a month ago. . . ...scientists are saying the MOLD growth inside the walls of the flooded homes could very well make them uninhabitable at any cost.
