I have seen some of Gary North's remnant reviews this year regarding the Y2k. I agree that he does have a "militia man" mentality. He suggests you quit your job and buy farm land and non-hybrid seeds, etc. Nonetheless, the postings at his web site regarding the seriousness of Y2k are from some very credible sources. Thus, I personally am intrigued as to just how serious a problem it will be. From what I have read, from an investment perspective, it appears that a serious stock market decline or crash is not out of the question. Anyone have any opinions?
