The other interesting comment in the story relates to Miller's apparant demand for a clear, uncoerced waiver of the right to testify from her source, rather than the general one stemming from a year ago. The article indicates Libby might have claimed the general waiver was coerced by the nature of its execution. I guess we'll know how it plays out in a couple of weeks.
