First we were told that we could not wait because of the WMDs and now a total idiot says that if we had waited until the, probable even imminent fall of Saddam,

First off, we "were told" that we couldn't wait because we'd ALREADY been waiting for 13 years and nothing had been resolved. Saddam Hussein has successfully circumvented binding UNSC resolutions, and corrupting the UN as an institution (as we discovered with the Oil for Food scandals)..

Legally, when Saddam broke the cease fire accords by kicking out UN inspectors (or more specifically, refusing to continue co-operating in inspections), he violated the cease fire.

Violating a cease fire defaults the situation back to armed hostilities or surrender by one side or the other. Let Saddam's regime establish a precedent for violating binding UN resolutions and might has well just scrap the institution altogether and return to the multi-polar global power structure that existed prior to WWII.

As for "Bush and his invasion".. I would like to know how you view Islamic Militants fighting in Iraq should be viewed any differently? They are the invading force now. They are not wanted. They intimidate and brutalize those who oppose them.

They blow up Shi'ite mosques.. publically call for the killing of all Shi'tes and urging a civil war between Shia and Sunni... All just as uninvited and WITHOUT even a shred of the authority that the UN sanctions and resolutions provided to Bush's action..

Where is your outrage at THEIR INVASION?? Why are you just as voiciferous in your denunciation of Al Qai'da's OCCUPATION of Western Iraq??

Methinks you have your priorities screwed up just a bit..
