9/30/2005 PRDX Drug developer Predix Pharmaceuticals sets terms Predix Pharmaceuticals, a developer of small-molecule drugs for the treatment of anxiety, depression and Alzheimer’s disease, announced Friday afternoon that it will offer 5.0 million shares at a range of $10-$12. Assuming the stock prices at the midpoint, the Lexington, MA-based company will have an initial market capitalization of $232 million. UBS Investment Bank and Deutsche Bank will be the lead underwriters on the deal. Timing has yet to be determined.
