Today in Europe Isoclima announced that it will show its new second-generation SPD-Smart light control film at the Vitrum 2005 Glass Show in Milan this week.

This light controlling film is made under license from REFR.

In spite of its persistent loss in the last 7 years, REFD was able to cut the loss by 3 pennies in the last 2Qs and it still reportedly has close to $0.40 in cash/shr with no significant LTD. There are 13.8M shares out and the float is around 11.5M

In April REFD also licensed a company in Ireland to use its SPD-Smart light control film.
