The liberals were running around during the Roberts hearings saying that since the constitution does not require a judge or a lawyer, perhaps we should have a non-lawyer in the interest of diversity. Now that Miers is the candidate they are screaming that she is not even a judge. Pure politics - scraping the barrel bottom for a negative to throw out. Will
