JDSU may be in for a lawsuit. They now say the the problems with accounting were reflected in their last end of quarter report and that no restatement is required. This is good news for those that held, but sure will tick off those that sold on the news Friday. Something smells here. I held through all this as the price did not move that much, but I came close to selling. Jim
