I am one of those people who believe that whites on average are incapable of reaching the athletic levels achieved by blacks in certain areas. Examples: 100/200m dash, heavy weight boxing and more.

That is racism :)

I agree. That is racist. Some of the best basketball players are whites who come from the Baltic states. They compete very effectively against blacks. And they excel at sports for the same reason as blacks. Its a fast way for a poor guy to get rich. For a long time, it was the only way blacks could get out of the ghetto.
