For anyone interested, I can't post since I don't subscribe, but the current issue of Business Week has an article on Dell. Topics are Dell's deteriorating tech support, and upcoming attempts to charge more for shipping and 'custom' tech support. By the way, what's with this new 'Lexus' line of PC's???? I thought Dell would finally come up with some finely styled laptops and desktops with interesting new features. Instead they appear to have taken the current 9100 series desktop and made it a 'Lexus' model, along with a knockoff of the current gaming laptop and the gaming XPS machine. Pretty lame if you ask me for starters. Lexus broke new ground with the LS400 when it came to the US, offering Mercedes level packaging for a groundbreaking price. Regards, John
