My own opinion is she's probably as "good" as we can expect from the chimp. Might as well as just confirm her, and let the neocons do the bitching. Her only real "qualification" seems to be she's worked for the chimp for 15 years. He could have sent up a Bork without a beard and a good line of BS, but he chose a "Brownie"!
