The victims of his crimes ? How about the honest market participants (long or short) who were trading without the benefit of material non-public information stolen from the FBI databases ? How about the folks who shorted the scams that Tony didnt expose because he accepted compensation instead ? (Clear Felony conspiracy regardless of how dirty the companies were) Tony has a long history of breaking NUMEROUS laws. Even PRISON time didnt stop his criminal behavior. Even his arrest didnt stop him from boarding a plane with false ID and large sums of cash. He deserves to lose every single asset he has as well as his freedom for at least 15 years in my opinion.
