I saw that this morning before the market opened.. I was underwhelmed and it looks like the market too did not think much of the price they got.. 1.5 time sale is on the low side.. I buy the reasoning that it is not core business but.. . No doubt in my mind that one big mistake the company has made over the last 12 months is not buying back their share and reducing the float.. At least on that score I agree with the hedge fund.. At this point, I will be happy to accept 16-18 canadian and call it a day.. But today's move suggest they may not work hard enough to get what they could..
