You'll note I posted indicating I'm unsure who Iraq's spokesman was, from memory...I'm NOT at all sure it wasn't baghdad bob, and your assertion that he didn't appear 'til later isn't linked either. For now, what I can't believe is that you have no recollection the words from Iraq. I do. I've repeatedly said here that Saddam's "guy" said as I say, not Saddam himself, and as far as I'm concerned, I'm not so terribly wrong to have finally once slipped and said "saddam" said it. It's the same essential thing. If I'm wrong, I'll admit it, but I remain quite confident that Iraq was NOT silent.
