Now THIS is interesting. Looking more and more like the DA IS politically motivated and chose an opportunity to strike when no judge was around to contain him. Boy, if Delay turns out to be telling the truth this could backfire BIG TIME for the Dems. People will really be pissed off to learn about a miscarraige of justice all for politics. jdn
