TXHG (oil) – From the CEO of TX Holdings Inc. Auditors will soon be done, then it's back on the BB board. If everything goes as planned, he hopes to be listed on the AMEX! (Read between the lines there folks). The spread is really wide because there just aren't that many shares to be had (which is also why the price moves up so quickly) . He said the beauty of our current situation is that he has purposely kept the share count low to create shareholder value The outstanding share count has barely budged in 2 and half years, which means the CEO has been paying mainly by cash instead of shares; very unusual for a small company where they typically pay in shares. Keep watching this one, we should see news and an 8-K in the next 30 days. David Owings
