Damages These events regarding Tony have seriously damaged the reputations of scores of fine, ethical people - shortsellers all - who have continued on to succeed in their trading. Many, like myself, were dues paying site members (aka jerk-offs) who had no idea of any illegalities occurring. The scamsters cases have all been strengthened by these events as well, contributing to their on-going damaging of the population at large. Shortsellers cannot argue against a fraud without being accused of being in bed with convicted criminals. Tony's innocent children have been damaged, along with the rest of his family.
