I have never seen a hint of the pressure to lurch left in any justices. I have read souter, ginsburg bryer and stevens opinions and they were nonsense. I believe they thought defectively their entire lives. I don't why they were not found out soon enough. But then kerry and kenedy keep getting re-elected and that is just as strange.
