Crapper's Clowns don't read no 10K's. 10k's and 10Q's are for chumps with material weaknesses. Booooyaaah................says the screaming herd.

10k to them is just the number of touts Crapper makes a week and what their account goes down afer 6 months of worshipping the fool.
