I didnt see this mentioned so thought I would bring it up. Chryler has the 5.7 Hemi engine that I think they call multiported, anyhow the way it works is once you get up to highway speed and dont need the power anymore 4 of the 8 cylinders shut down and you run on the 4 cylinders. Offers pretty decent gas mileage for a big engine usually hauling a heavy vehicle. If I dont go diesel that is the engine I will go with. jdn
