Question for a friend...

There used to be a site that showed country and state codes for AOL users. For example, if the user's AOL IP is AC83EE20.ipt.aol.com (dns 172.131.238.32) one could find the originating country or state rather than it going back to AOL, Dulles, VA., using the usual methods.

Any help would be appreciated.
