I have been ranting for many moons that it rarely (NEVER?) pays to be on the other side of heavy insider selling and have several times pointed out the insider selling in the homebuilder arena has been heavy indeed. Of course a few folk have PMed me to let me know that my opinion isn't worth a pinch of.... um dung. We shall see, but in the meantime, my homebuilder puts keep me comfortable.
