Ted, Its just there is a lot more discrimination going on than alot of us are willing to admit.

I don't know, I think both of us are willing to admit it exists. The problem is trying to point it out in an accurate, truthful, yet fair manner.

For example, the anecdote you gave me sounds like an instance of old-generation racism which led to current generation mistrust. I don't know the details, but to me it's safe to call that racism.

So how much of that still exists in our society? Plenty. What do we do about it? One way to deal with it is to think win-win.
