re: Both parties are pretty weak right now... it really is about time we had a third party, though unlike JF's, my third party would be pretty left wing. It's CJ's party (with my humble contribution). The major part that is not "left" is social policy, which is neither left nor right. It's left to the states, or better yet a smaller units of government. Why impose your social views on a community that doesn't agree? Why have THEIR social views imposed on your community? Cuts both ways, and never the twain shall meet... so let everybody go their own way. Why not? John
