Here is an update.
My information is that the hearing scheduled for Sep 27th
has been postponed to Oct 28th. INCO is apparently fighting this battle with all of their resources. I suppose Scot Hand
and the other Directors are pretty worried and if they are
guilty they should be worried. The dissident shareholders will eventually have their day in court and things could get very interesting.
