For the record, I was right about Elgindy and his minions (including Mary) in relation to NanoPierce being in their manipulation sights. he called and threatened me when I sued Mary and denied in that call that he had been shorting NanoPierce or that he knew the company. The court transcripts from his case back up that they definitely did try to do something in regard to NanoPierce but apparently the FBI did not agree with them. Check out this excerpt from the transcript:

A Yes, I believe he did.
Q A company called NPCT?
A Yes. He did call me about NPCT and Paul Metzinger who is
the CEO of NPTC.
Q What did he tell you about that company?
A He indicated to me that Mr. Metzinger had some sort of
prior criminal action or some sort of enforcement action that
was not reported by NPCT.
Q And did he send you anything by fax?
A Yes, he did.
Q I am going to ask you to look at Government GXDG5. Could
you please?
A This is a fax from Mr. Royer to me dated March 4, 2002,
on the letterhead of Pacific Equity Investigations attaching
two press releases from NANOPIERCE Technologies which I
believe is NPCT.
MS. SZCZEPANIK: We offer GXDG5.
