Yes.. IVI was dumped for a song to a french company.. Management absolutely sucked.. After holding for years I got peanuts for it.. As for GEAC, ceo is American.. Hopefully Geac will do better but this sale is any indication, I am not sure.. On the other hand, Hedge fund only owns 5% so their influence may be limited..
