I am late for my MENSA meeting

Are you sure you got that spelling right?

Are you sure it's not deMENtia?

No wonder you see things the way you see them.

The reason why you are less likely to be killed in an affluent neighborhood is generally speaking people there are more intelligent than people in poor neighborhoods.

They have figured out stuff. Like being nice is good and being bad is no good.

Similarly, good business people have figured out that if you are good, treat people decently, yu are more likely to succeed.

Stupid people, selling trash, mistreating their customers are not going to succeed.

Being smart is better than being stupid.

Being good is better than being no good.

Not every smart person has figured that out, but most have (or more likely to than stupid people).
