Actually, I looked around to see if I could possibly do the bans myself, wasn't finding a way to do it, just finding a way to alter the original subject post, when suddenly noticed the thread header showed 2 bans, and one click proved them to be these two in question. It had to be SI Dave, per your request, plainly. I'd thank him if I were you. Look for yourself:

I'd say you should thank Dave. It would be interesting to know his reasoning for doing it, as it probably IS at odds with normal policy, I'd think. Again, I obviously support the action taken, if not quite the way it was done.
The poisoned minds are truly a bitch to deal with, yet since there are so many I run across in life, dealing with them is an exercise in seeking to learn how to help them change for the better. It's largely fruitless, but not totally. I've been a part of a rare conversion success or two in my life (helps if more than one person can gang up with reasoned argument, repeating over time).
American Spirit has been chased out of the country? Hmmm...didn't know of that.
