Scalia has to be ticked off because he wasn't chosen for Chief Justice.

This gal may be better than someone that the right wingers would welcome with open arms.

I still don't like her jumping from the job of W's counsel into the Not so Supreme Court.

Haven't we all seen enough of his cronies and their incompetent behavior?

Texas and it's appointees shouldn't be considered in any standard for excellence. That state runs on the good ole boy network and cronie-ism is the norm. Her accomplishments in Texas should be subject to serious scrutiny.
