Dan -- Carl Johnson's Infrastructure article has not been considered at any length in this thread, but most of his remarks would be familiar to any Ramtronian. He does mention that Rohm will talk about FRAM at the SEMICON/Taiwan meeting (9/22). They might want to make an announcement about FRAM just before that time, or perhaps at the meeting itself. At that rate there might be as much as a week before anything appears, at least in regard to FRAM. He mentions that one of the partners in producing ESDRAM will be TDS, a name I am not familiar with... Regards, Logan
