Thanks for starting this thread. I'll contribute regularly as I will no doubt experience Reconstruction II up close and personal.

I had drafted a longish post on various and sundry NO-related issues, a real masterpiece of good prose, humor, NO lore, and my thoughts about Reconstruction II but unfortunately the dog ate my homework. I cannot find a way to reconstruct it so it will have to wait for another day, perhaps then I'll find that the excellent bottle of something red and French I'm enjoying was responsible for the masterpiece part. Now, however, it is time to burn some vintage Romeo y Julieta tobacco.
