It's like anything else. Supply and demand. Obviously there is not much demand for Interealty so they got what they got. They probably have been trying to unload it for some time and this is probably the best they could do. So the question is why sell it now and not just hang on to it if it was making money for them. They either are raising money to acquire a company or else they are unloading non-core business to set themselves up for a buy out.

The way the stock is trading it sure looks like they are not going to be bought out but are looking at buying something. Jones already admitted they can't grow rev. internally so it one or the other. Buy or be bought out. Only time will tell.
