There are way to many wildcat drillers and rogues that would be out there punching holes if the oil was still available. I believe this is the most untenable premise of a "GRAND PEAK OIL SCAM" theory. Like I just posted, how could you possibly prevent every oil company in the world from discovering the "hidden" oil if it's actually there... Jesse
