I read that Thailand had increased security at all resorts after the new Bali bombing.

From what I understand, the Thais can be subtle to the point of being invisible...maybe a peanut vendor with the earplug from a walkie talkie in one ear and 9mm carefully hidden in his pushcart. Maybe half the maids on the island have been asked to call in twice a day on everybody's location and activities.

So it might be hard to see...

But - have you seen any evidence of tighter security ?
