When one reads of such Misconduct by a DA it makes one question the fairness of our laws and the people that carry them out. I dont even understand who one can be brought up before multiple grand juries without additional evidence until an indictment is had. Heck, given enough grand juries I bet they could have indicted any one of us for the same thing and we dont even live in Texas. jdn
