Thursday, October 6, 2005 at 07:25 JST
HIROSHIMA — Dai Nippon Printing Co said Wednesday it will build a new factory in Mihara, Hiroshima Prefecture, to make antireflective film for flat-screen televisions and computers to meet anticipated increased demand.

The company will invest 15 billion yen on the factory, which is expected to go online in October next year as one of the largest such factories in Japan. By March 2008, it is expected to have a monthly production capacity of 10 million square meters of film.
