Hi Peter, It sounds like what you might wish to concider is Quotes Plus. It is a program designed for scanning large or small data based on your paramiters. It will scan just Nasdaq or all exchanges, (US.) quotes-plus.com MetaStock is the next step once you have narrowed your base down to the output of your scans. It allows you to view an analize those symbols as well as ad your perticular indicators to the viewing and final analisis. It also allows you to test your system(s) on all data in that issue over entire date range or selected data range. The report generated by that test will give wining and losing trades and there profit, drawdown, and much more. Regards Michael
