Splits are always handled so that there is no effect on current holders of options or stock. On the effective date of the split, your brokerage statement will show an addition of the same number of call options as you presently hold, with all being at exactly half the current exercise price. The ONLY impact of a split is to decrease the share price and increase the shares outstanding...i.e. the market capitalization is exactly the same.
