An industry-focused nanotechnology conference and exhibition, NanoSolutions 2005, will take place in Cologne. Germany, from 8 to 10 November.
The event will showcase new and emerging nanotechnology companies and will cover a number of sectors, including nanomedicine and nanobiotechnology, nanotechnology for communication and energy applications, and new nanomaterials.
The conference will also introduce the Sixth Framework Programme (FP6) Nanoroadmap (NRM) project, the main objective of which is to produce roadmaps that will point out the drivers of change, the expected directions of growth, scientific and technical challenges relevant for addressing research, and the application of nanotechnology in the fields of materials, health and medical systems, and energy.
