Lesotho is much the same - and even with international help, they won't meet their target of getting 28,000 victims on ARVs by the end of the year. The other 300-400,000 are out of luck, I guess.

I'm sure you also see the ever-growing graveyards on the edge of every SA township you pass nowadays....
