Finally, we got some news. But,...
1. I don't like how they do their PRs.
2. I want to know the name of the "private company."
3. I want to know the location of "private company."
4. I want to see the website of the "private company."
5. I want to call the "private company" to verify things.
6. I want TWOG to have its own website, instead of them posting the website for AKOL. What a joke. They still got the fake FRAUD info. at the website about the FOWLER JV that never existed.
7. I am still very disappointed in Twog, Mancini and Needham. They do not run things like professionals. It is always "half-ass", "half-baked", "Micky Mouse", looks like "Disneyland." They do not know the basics of how to run a professional company because these guys are not "professional." They should have a new website for Twog already, and the news should be posted there, too. They should have a new email address for Twog, instead of using the old AKOL email and old AKOL website. These guys are still on my "crap" list.
8. Frankly, as long as they produce PRs like they do, and write them like they do, I DON'T BELIEVE THEM.
9. Why are they so secretive? Why don't they tell us the name of the company they acquired an interest in? You mean, we're supposed to believe them, when we can't even verify what they are telling us? This is like Microsoft saying, "MSFT has just acquired a 51% interest in a major private search engine." But, they don't tell the investors, shareholders, analysts, Wall Street, or media or anyone - what the name of the company is and where they are located. Wall Street and the sophisticated investors would not put up with that. The whole world would be demanding answers, information, etc.
10. So, M&N - Mancini and Needham, you guys need to get your butts in gear. What do you guys think? You think we are dumb? Well, you better get one thing straight here, "We are not Dumb." But, you are DUMB for thinking you can get away with posting PRs that do not name the company or the location or anyway of verification. I want to check this out. I won't believe it and I won't trust this company until they start acting "NORMAL", instead of posting these "RETARDED" PRs that don't tell us anything. We want the info., we want the facts, we want the details. We want to know the name of the company and the location, address, phone, website, and name of the principals. I am not going to take any more of this bull shit from M&N. They better come clean and disclose the normal details or else.
11. M&N are running a public traded company, not a privately held company. So, whatever they do, must be disclosed to the public and the shareholders - in due season.
12. I am going to give them a warning, that they better release the full information that I/we want or else. I am not playing around with these CLOWNS.
13. Yes, I'm glad something is going on and the stock traded high volume and the price blasted up to almost a penny! LOL! I got in here at .07 - so .008 - less than a penny does not excite me. I am glad something is going on, but 99% of me doesn't believe anything these guys say or do. They better shape up and start releasing PRs like REAL people do. Like REAL companies do. No more of this M&N - B.S. - Baloney. WE want REAL PRs that have REAL information.

It's always the same old things. It's always half-truths. They do not give the full info. They hold back info.

Well, over 5 months ago they said they had an LOI for 49% of a Russian oil and gas company with $20 mill. in revenues.
So, now, they say they got an acquistion for 20% interest in some place with some oil reserves of so many barrels. Notice, it does not tell us where, location, company name, country, state, province, region, dollar amounts, value in dollars, how much they put up in cash, how much was debt, how much was equity, it it producing anything, how long it will take for production to begin, etc. They haven't told us NOTHING. ANYTHING. I can make up PRs like this.
I want to see the documents. I want to talk to the company, the company they acquired interest in. I want to do my own due diligence. I DO NOT BELIEVE M&N.
They better come CLEAN with some REAL info.
I don't want anymore of their FAKE B.S. Misleading Tell-Us-Nothing-PRs.
I WANT REAL PRs.
