Where is the LOI for 49% of Russian company?
Now we got 20% of a "private company" - a ghost - an anonymous smoke and mirrors acquisition.
I just sent an email, and sent it 3 times to M&N demanding to know:
1. The name of the company.
2. The location.
3. Website for company.
4. Contact info.
5. Dollar amounts, figures, etc.
Notice how the LOI for 49% of the Russian company, disappeared over the last 5 + months?
Now, we got 20% interest in a "mysterious, no-name, private, ghost, smoke and mirrors company."
Well, I call this BULL SHIT.
I CALL THIS - "LOOKS LIKE FRAUD" - type PRs that don't tell us anything.
You cannot get away with this kind of PR on the big boards, on the big exchanges.
I/we want and demand answers and information.
I am going to change the entire rules, laws and regulations on how Pink Sheet companies have to act and behave and disclose - IF that's what it's going to take to get us some REAL info.
The American people and all investors worldwide, have a right to KNOW a lot more about what's going on - and a lot sooner than the way it happens at TWOG, and AKOL, and FOGL and the way M&N - Mancini and Needham do it.
We want to be treated right, not like second class citizens or the sweeper class in Bombay, India - Mombai, etc.
This America, I am an American, and I DEMAND a lot better treatment and better PRs and better information and better RESULTS than what I am getting here.

Is that what it's going to take to get Mancini and Needham to finally take me/us serious?
Are we going to have to bankrupt Twog, Mancini and Needham, for them to LEARN, don't mess around with me and my shareholder friends?

Mancini and Needham better get their butts in gear and get us some REAL PRs.

I want REAL answers - NOW.

Or they'll find themselves wishing they NEVER did.
They will wish they would've been UPFRONT with us from the beginning.

They better get REAL, and give us REAL RESULTS.

I want to know the:
1. Name of company.
2. Location of company, address, phone, contact info., management's name.
3. Location of this oil field.
4. Dollar amounts of value and how the deal was structured, equity, debt, cash, etc.
5. I want the REAL info. that REAL investors and REAL bankers and REAL M&A people, and REAL CEOs, and REAL People - WANT.
