In general, the Court has demonstrated a willingness to strike down any practices that might be likely to be perceived either as coercive or as a state endorsement of religion.

Predominately displaying the Ten Commandments endorses them. Don't try to say the Ten Commandments are not a fundamentally Christian and religious symbol.

This isn't complex logic or reading comprehension.
