Soros, I have a general question about stocks this small. I know they are extremely risky, etc. but I had never sat down and read all the disclaimers. BOY, after you read all that stuff about Possibly not being able to continue as a going concern, dilution, etc. etc. it makes you wonder why anyone would invest!!! Is this just standard mumbo jumbo for stocks this small or are all those statemnts unique to EFCR?
