In a news release from September 8 NHM filed documentation of an agreement with VSE. The agreement is an aquisition of rights to an agreement with Nosawa & Co which relates to distribution and sales rights for a reusable fabric for surgical gowns, etc. This wasn't posted in the US but can be found at www.canada-stockwatch.com.
I'd post the whole thing if I could figure out how.
