Aloha, Just for the record Calling the CEO of a small company is not such a big deal. As I have stated before I had the misfortune to beinvolved with Eco2 (Tire) and have talked to 3 of the never ending chain of CEO's dejure. SO what is your point? None of us are under the delusion that this is IBM we are dealing with...by the way, that is where I work and for the record idividuals can call his office to complain if its a big enough deal (you may not get him but will probably wind up with a VP) I know this because I have been pulled of projects to go run around like mad answering a complaint that went to office so, I have no reason to doubt Riley G and am tired of sarcasim from you.
