Re: CVS

Keep in mind, Cramer has liked CVS for a long time. It wasn't until recently when it was reported that same store sales were down that he changed his tune.

It is unfortunate that Cramer can affect the movement of a stock, but that's only because people do not do their homework, are not patient and will pay any price. Several weeks ago he touted ILSE around $18. Today, you can buy it for less than $14. It's a better buy at these levels as all the downside risk has pretty much disappeared.

Cramer does two things... identifies good companies and identifies good trades. Sometimes they are one in the same, and sometimes not. UNH is probably the best example of both. MSFT/INTC are great companies, but a bad trade at the moment. CVS was, for a time, a good trade, but not that great of a company as recent financials have exposed.
